Donovan Dock is a true entrepreneur, as a broker he was able to secure a successful exit at 36 years old. He parlayed that into public speaking and the founding of a non-profit know as Succeed Forever Community.
He's the originator and proprietor of donovandock.com, where he mentors business visionaries on focusing on the life of their dreams and expanding with certainty.

Growing up was crazy
Growing up felt like walking a tightrope over two worlds—never fully belonging in either. As someone of mixed heritage, I was always “the other,” forced to defend my identity on both sides. Every day was a battle just to prove I belonged.
Then there was Sam—my brother by choice, the lone white kid in our neighborhood. He, too, knew what it felt like to stand alone. But when Sam & I became buddies, something shifted. We went from two isolated fighters to an unbreakable force. Side by side, we stopped surviving and started thriving.
That partnership was my first glimpse of what’s possible when vision meets tribe. Three kids in a sandbox one day, one left bloody, while the other two kept playing in peace.
Fighting paved the way
Fighting wasn’t just about throwing punches—it was the grit that drove me to chase every dream. Kids throwing punches didn't land near as hard as life throwing punches.
I clung to my vision like a drowning man with a life preserver, till it pulled me up out of the neighborhood, landing me a college scholarship. But I never did it alone. There was always a teammate at my side, a partner in every struggle—until that team became a tribe.
In business, your first—and most crucial—lesson is this: build your tribe. A vision without community is just a daydream. When you surround yourself with people who share your hunger, your mission gains momentum, and obstacles become stepping stones.

Gianna Grace Dock
Gianna Grace suddenly quit breathing and flatlined 40 minutes after she was born. They resuscitated her 4 times before getting her life-flighted to Cooks Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
She could barely breathe and she couldn't swallow. She had to fight for every breath and the only way for to eat was intravaeously. She was given a 5% chance to live. My world and my life were about to be impacted forever by little GGs, unwillingness to go without a fight.

The ultimate fighter went quietly in her sleep on February 2, 2025. Her fight was over, she was 5 years old.
Dear Fellow Visionhacker,
Every champion’s journey begins in battle. Mine started in a dusty neighborhood playground, fists flying—not for sport, but to prove I belonged. Later, it was Sam at my side, two outsiders forging an unbreakable alliance, then the marketplace. But, nothing prepared me for the fiercest fight of all: watching little Gianna Grace “GG” cling to life on machines that breathed for her.
GG was the embodiment of the warrior spirit.
At five pounds and five percent odds, she fought every breath, every heartbeat, with the tenacity of a titan. In that hospital room—amid beeping monitors and silent prayers—I witnessed a truth that would reshape my life:
Victory isn’t given. It’s claimed, moment by moment, by those who refuse to relent.
GG’s fight warped me. I'm different, my rage is bent into something that will last forever. God called me to be that little girl's armor bearer until she finished her vision. It was the most incredible 5 year vision I am ever going to see, but I am excited for my next assignment.
